Terms of service

SolarPro helps solar distributors scan bills, size systems and send proposals. Each distributor is responsible for the prices, equipment and terms in their proposals.

We store the customer details and electricity bills each distributor uploads. That data is private to the distributor's workspace, and we do not sell it.

Bill readings and savings figures are estimates. Please check them before sharing them with customers.

SolarPro is a controlled prototype. Pilot requests are reviewed before access is confirmed. A pilot is not a guarantee of engineering approval, equipment availability or financial returns.

AI-extracted bill values require review. Estimated generation and financial results depend on the assumptions entered, including tariffs, self-consumption and net metering terms.
