Privacy policy

SolarPro stores the customer details and electricity bills that each distributor uploads, so they can size systems and create proposals.

Workspace access controls restrict customer records and uploaded files to the relevant workspace and authorized platform administrators. Bill images and extracted text are sent to an AI service for processing when you request a scan.

Proposal links are bearer links: anyone you give an unexpired link to can view the shared proposal or PDF. Only share them with intended recipients.

Pilot enquiries store the contact details and message you submit so we can follow up. Do not upload bills or personal data without permission.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.

When a distributor deletes a customer, that customer's bills, uploaded files, proposals, notes and energy data are deleted too. Shared proposal links expire after 7 days and can be revoked at any time. Other data is kept while the workspace is active; ask us to delete a workspace and we will remove its data.
